Abstract. In the end of the XIX century and the beginning of the XX century in Namangan the life and literary heritage of the poet, reciter, enlightened artist Dadakhan Qori Suhaili related literary sources are studied, compared, and conclusions are released.

Keywords: literary environment, national movement, creative tradition, enlightenment, formal and ideological renewal, literary source, scientific source, biographical method, comparative method.
