Abstract. This article emphasizes the need to teach legal labor psychology not only in higher educational institutions, but also in the system of vocational education, so that representatives of professions related to the activities of law enforcement agencies have an idea of the complexity of their profession and the emerging problem situations in their activities, the requirements to them, familiarizing young lawyers and young people intending to work in law enforcement with people and laws, the psychological aspects of legal activity, developing their skills and abilities at a certain level, equipping them with psychological and legal complex knowledge, drawing attention to the fact that legal knowledge alone is not enough to carry out effective work in the legal field, and that the confusion of the situation at work can be professionally mitigated with the help of the science of legal psychology.
