Abstract. The global employment and social outlook has remained uncertain and volatile since early 2019, with the pandemic weakening the economic, financial and social fabric in almost every country, regardless of development level, throughout 2021. This has resulted in developed countries addressing most employment and income losses while emerging and developing economies continue to grapple with the effects of job losses and weak labor market activity. This article reveals the trends in the use of financial resources in providing employment for the population.
