DYNAMICS OF ACCUMULATION OF ALKALOIDS, MICRO AND MACROELEMENTS IN DIFFERENT ORGANS OF CAPPARIS SPINOSA L.

Abstract. The results of the study of the chemical composition of some parts of the plant Capparis spinosa L. from a previously unexplored place of growth near the Fergana region - root bark, roots, stems, leaves, flower buds, flowers and fruits. The quantitative composition of plant alkaloids and extractives in general, as well as 30 macro- and micronutrients, was studied. Extraction of organic matter was carried out in alcohol, and then, after treating the residue separated from the solvent with ammonium hydroxide, a mixture of alkaloids was sequentially extracted with chloroform and n-butanol. Plant-derived alkaloids and extractives have been developed in thin-layer chromatography (DLC) and column chromatography. The results showed that the content of alkaloids and macro and micro elements was higher than in studies from other growth sites.
