Abstract. The article discusses the fetal problems of intrauterine infections. One reason for this is that acute or inflammatory viral infections affect early pregnancy. The presented material describes various intrauterine infections, instructions for intravenous administration of immunoglobulins with methods for their treatment. The effectiveness of their use in intrauterine infections of pregnant women was evaluated.
