Abstract. In this article, it is possible to determine the mobility of charge carriers, the effective mass of the density of states, the scattering mechanism and the temperature dependence of hard alloys based on Bi2(BVI)3 and Sb2(BVI)3, (BVISe, Te) by determining the concentration of charge carriers.
