Abstract. The development, creation, formulation and delivery of an online course in an in-service training system is the result of the collaboration of many mechanisms, and it takes a long time to become familiar with the technology and tools needed to make these mechanisms work. Based on data from the research company Global Industry Analysts, the Foundr online course, which has shown high results in the online education industry and a high number of subscribers, was selected. Based on the experience and recommendations of the Foundr online course, the most reliable and perfect tools for creating an online course in the in-service training system were shown.
