Abstract. In connection with the rapid development of society, science, technology and technology, linguistic science has increasingly begun to turn to a systematic study of various areas of professional communication and the lexical layers of the language serving them, first of all, terminological vocabularies. On the basis of authentic language material, the features of the functioning of various professional "languages", the linguistic structure of terms and the ways of their formation are studied.
