Abstract. For many years, a-amylases and proteases have been studied for the digestive organs of harmful Stony Cana all over the world, but the information about them is still very scarce. There is not enough information about the enzymes of these insects that participate in the nutrition of the vegetative organs of cereal crops. In this article, we will discuss the effects of local grains with stony canes and food safety.
