Abstract. A quality management system for grain products refers to the processes and procedures implemented by producers to ensure that their products meet established quality standards and customer expectations. Typically, this system includes several components. This article provides information on studying the quality of grain and grain products and determining other indicators. General information about grain quality is provided.
