Abstract. Improving the lexical competence of pedagogues in learning foreign languages, speaking fluently in a foreign language, being able to express one's opinion freely, the ability to think creatively, to work independently by getting to know the original foreign literature, to inform the recruiting requirements of professors and teachers in the field and systematic work is being carried out to ensure that they have high competence, working intensively in communication conditions.
