Abstract. This article analyzes ways to improve the quality of educational services in higher educational institutions, in particular, improving the system of critical performance indicators (KPI) in improving the activities of teaching staff. On this basis, a technology for assessing the professional activities of university teachers based on student satisfaction indicators is proposed. Latent factors for assessing the professional activities of professors and teachers have been developed.
