Abstract. Coronary heart disease is the most common cause of death in the world. According to WHO, 740 million people die every year in the world, of which 13.2% die due to coronary heart disease. Therefore, the search for new markers that make it possible to predict coronary heart disease before an accident, as well as monitoring the therapeutic effectiveness of methods is one of the important and effective ways to reduce mortality. Through our study, we found that VEGF and ET-1 factor analysis is a very reliable candidate for predicting CAD and a very useful factor for evaluating the therapeutic effect of L-argiginine aspartate
