Abstract. The article talks about the reforms of the electronic information-educational environment of higher education institutions, their modern stage and the rapidity of the changes taking place in the society. Nowadays, it is important to adapt to the new and higher demands placed on educational institutions as soon as possible and to produce modern requirements and change their existing criteria in terms of their formation
