Abstract. The purpose of cultural and educational work is to instill in employees respect for the history, culture, traditions of the Republic of Uzbekistan through familiarization with the values and the best examples of domestic and world culture, the development of employees' need for personal improvement and raising the level of education and culture, the introduction of aesthetic rules in their official activities and life, the formation of a positive image of an employee of the internal affairs bodies - a defender of law and order, increasing on this basis the prestige of service in the internal affairs bodies.
