Abstract. In Uzbekistan, legumes are one of the main food products consumed by the population. It is also very important to harvest legumes. Because legumes contain a large amount of protein, fat, carbohydrates compared to other products. The content of high molecular weight kcal compounds in them is also proportionally high.
