Abstract. This article presents a sociological analysis of reforms in the preschool education system, problems in their implementation, and paradigms of their elimination. The analysis was carried out based on the "Concept of developing the preschool education system of the Republic of Uzbekistan until 2030" and the scientific views of pedagogic scientists.
