Abstract. This article discusses in detail the relationship between credit in the society, the achievement of various positive results in society through credit, the interaction of participants in credit relations, the subject of credit and the object of credit,the concept and essence of a credit agreement, the norms of our credit-related legislation, the issue of refusal to grant or receive credit, the contract.
