Abstract. In this article, informal employment reduces unemployment, provides good income for the population, i.e. creates an opportunity to earn a much higher average income compared to those employed in formal jobs, increases competition in the labor market, adapts the employment market subjects to changes in the economic and institutional environment during the complex transition process
