The article emphasizes the need for smart and flexible rules to handle these issues. It also uses real-world examples and theories to show different ways to regulate digital markets and how they can affect competition and consumers. In the end, the article encourages cooperation between governments, international organizations, and businesses to create a fair, creative, and sustainable digital marketplace.
