Abstract. According to the laws of the basics of theoretical electrical engineering, problem-based learning based on the method of digital simulation is not only a lesson on the effective organization of the teaching process, but also helps to form students' perceptions of production. Explanatory work using this method is based on the concepts and laws of electrical engineering. Electrotechnical devices and elements based on this law and the processes that take place in them are studied.
