Abstract. This article discusses various strategies and tips that IT students with a low level of English proficiency can use to improve their use of IT terminology in English. The strategies include building vocabulary, using visual aids, practicing technical writing, and utilizing online resources, among others. The discussion also highlights the importance of grammar, syntax, writing styles, speaking skills, and listening skills in the global IT industry. The article provides a comprehensive guide for IT students to improve their language proficiency and become more confident and effective communicators in the industry
