Abstract. Currently, one of the main areas of leading universities in the country consists
in the development of professional and specialty skills in order to improve the skills of specialists
in various types of activities, as well as competencies based on their axiological approach. The
author spoke in this article about ways to improve the effectiveness of Education based on a
competent approach in the system of professional development
