Abstract. Issues of organizing school education, to provide the younger generation with the opportunity to obtain reliable, necessary and solid knowledge, which is the foundation of a competent person. Trends in the development of education in the modern world, the impact of globalization in all spheres of public life, expiring problems and tasks, economic development, the development of society and the family, including the educated part of the labor force, competition in global, national and regional markets, intellectual and managerial labor, habitat and labor activity, ensuring the efficient and rational functioning of human capital as a productive factor of development.
