Abstract. The world community entered the new millennium with many unsolved problems that have not been solved even at the peak of human history. The Arab countries located in Africa under study are an important component of the world community. There is an analysis of the change in the balance of geopolitical forces in the world with the collapse of the problems. In this study, the political, economic and social processes taking place in the Middle East and Africa in the context of globalization, as well as the various disputes and conflicts occurring in this continent, are studied. Therefore, the initiatives of international and regional organizations to solve them were considered from a scientific and practical point of view.
