Abstract. In this article, a model for managing the organization of tourism processes has been developed. The algorithm that displays the process of activity was created on the example of the travel company "Afrosiab". The created algorithm clearly explains the flow of information, the flow of external resources, the flow of customers and the emergence of tourism and the sequence of their interdependence.
