Abstract. The article analyzes the interaction of socio-political, national-spiritual, psychological-pedagogical factors influencing the development of creative cooperation skills of students of Higher Technical Education, the aspiration, questionability and creative ability, tendency to innovation, the ability to think logically, analytically and synthetically, and the theoretical basis for the development of high professional skills in higher technical institutions on the basis of vertical pedagogy.
