Abstract. In the system of higher education, the electronic library system is a system that automates the main processes of the library (collection, cataloging, book circulation) in order to manage resources. In today's world experience, we can see that in developed countries, the performance of electronic library systems, their use, implementation in libraries is very high. In particular, if we look at the history of U.S. librarianship, library automation began in the 1930s to facilitate library processes.
