DETERMINATION OF THE EFFICIENCY OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF PUPILS' COMPETENCE

Abstract. Based on the analysis of scientific literature, it became known that in many cases the amount (volume) of learned information is considered as a result of learning, and the amount of learned information is taken into account when assessing learning outcomes. It should be noted that the basic requirement of the information society is determined by the level of ability to use the information received in the relevant areas and life. Testing, evaluation of knowledge and skills must correspond certain didactic requirements. A key principle of effective assessment is based on learning objectives. At present, the transition from meaningful assessment to theoretical and practical knowledge and skills, behavior and personal qualities has become important, and a number of scientific studies are being carried out in this direction. The article describes the important aspects of assessment in determining the effectiveness of competence development of primary school students.
