Abstract. Any human activity is provided with four closely related components (spiritual, neurodynamic, movement and energy). . At the beginning of any activity, as a result of the excitation of brain cells with non-specific activation with a specific purpose, the mechanisms of afferent synthesis and energy supply of the upcoming activity are activated. The mechanism of correcting this activity program is realized by both somatic and vegetative functions
