Abstract. Basically, this article considers a new course that directs state and law enforcement agencies to modern methods of ensuring public order. Given the significant increase in threats in the field of ensuring public order, this modern course should be attached at the legislative level for the further functioning of participants in ensuring public safety in a systematic manner. In this regard, in the final part of this work, the conclusions of the analysis on the impact of modern legislative approaches of New Uzbekistan on the implementation of the Safe City project will be presented.
