Abstract. The article describes the pedagogical conditions which contribute to solving the problem of changes in the preschool educational system. The author's view of the organization and passing of pedagogical practice is presented, which allows for the teacher comprehensively develop preschoolers by helping to form the cognitive skills and abilities of children. It is noted that the joint activity of the institute and children's institutions contributes for the professional development of future teachers and enhance the experience of "immersion" of future teachers in a professional pedagogical environment.
