Abstract. This article discusses the formation of a corporate culture of the teaching staff of higher educational institutions, the organization of corporate training and education in the modern world, and for them corporate training is a way to maintain a job, develop skills, achieve professional and career growth, expand social ties and connections, development of creative activity and pedagogical aspects of self-esteem.
