Abstract. An innovative wind turbine has a half-cylinder that aligns the vertical wind turbine with the direction of rotation of the rotating impeller. The function of the semi-cylinder is to direct the influencing wind onto the arm of the wings rotating in the direction of the wind. The semi-cylinder rotates completely on the windmill support, and a weather vane is attached to its rear. The wind roller function adjusts the rotating blades inside the half-cylinder in the direction of the wind.
