Abstract. The construction of modern telecommunications infrastructure is one of the most important factors for the development of the digital economy. The Ministry of Information Technologies and Communications is working on this issue. Today, the total bandwidth of the international Internet connection is 1,800 Gigabit / second, and as a result of ongoing projects, it will be expanded to 3,200 Gigabit / second by the end of 2022.
