Abstract. This article is about what to do with those who have lost their way in the management system, release them from their positions and replace them with another leader or send them to study at the management academy, otherwise many people will face various problems in this system of serving citizens and they may suffer. Today, the economy and politics show the level of the state's influence among the countries of the world, so people who are the heads of state organizations that serve any citizens should not be ignored, because any state organization of economic state's affects the political system.
