Abstract. It is known that the basis of military skill is knowledge of the weapons of combat vehicles, the ability to use them correctly and know what they are intended for. This article presents thoughts and opinions on the relevance of general technical sciences, its problems and solutions in the training of crews of tank units from rifle training.
