Abstract. Labor laws are designed to protect workers as well as empower them. They provide control over the relationship between employer and employee, allowing both parties to be held accountable for their actions. This article describes in detail the importance of the implementation of the new norms of the labor legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan in social life.
