Abstract. Labor law is a collection of different laws that apply to issues such as employment, wages, working conditions, trade unions and labor relations. In its broadest sense, the term also includes social security and disability insurance. This article describes in detail the reforms of labor legislation in New Uzbekistan.
Keywords: the right to work, decent wages, the Labor Code, democracy, the rule of law, the Constitution, etc.
