Abstract. This article focuses on the spiritual and moral aspects of language teaching, it shows that in human speech, language teaching, language and thinking are mutually inseparable and integrated. The activity of a nation is first of all reflected in its language. The development, enrichment of a language, its place and position among other languages depends on the general state of mind of the population that speaks this language and the content and level of their activities. In this regard, it is necessary to combine the science and technology revolution of language teaching, the development of canoat and the development of society in general with the broad development of national and cultural values, democratization and humanization of society, and in this regard, a consistent and far-sighted, forward-looking plan and firm state. The opinions on the necessity of programs are expressed.
