Abstract. This article discusses the work to improve the standard of living of the population and solve the socio-economic problems and shortcomings faced by citizens in Uzbekistan, the active participation of citizens in the rational development of funds allocated from the state budget to improve local infrastructure and solve shortcomings that have become a systemic problem , funds allocated within the framework of local budgets and state programs, in areas that are considered most necessary for the population today. Also, citizens can leave their proposals (in detail) and introduce a voting system on relevant proposals.
