Abstract. The frequency of diabetic retinopathy in patients with diabetes is 50% by 10 years, 75% by 15 years. If the patient does not comply with the prescribed procedures and does not carry out therapeutic procedures, then this will lead to blindness. Treatment of diabetic retinopathy is a complex process, causes the need for new effective treatment methods to restore visual acuity. Now one of the new methods of treatment is lymphotherapy. In lymphotherapy, lymphatic drainage is stimulated by the introduction of drugs into the winged fossa. 56 patients with diabetic retinopathy against the background of diabetes are dropped for detection. They were prescribed drugs based on lymphotherapy and the usual standard of treatment. Patients were undergoing full control during the study. The data obtained studied and analyzed the degree of their influence on visual acuity.
