Abstract. Based on the study of the results of treatment and dynamic monitoring of 54 patients with uterine sarcomas, who were registered at the regional oncology center for the period from 2000 to 2022, their overall cumulative survival was estimated, as well as survival depending on the stage of the disease and the treatment methods performed. The results obtained were the basis for the development of recommendations
