Abstract. Phraseology (idiomatics) mostly expresses the human psyche, relations between people, socio-ethnic values. There is no language in the world without phraseologisms. The study of phraseology requires a specific method, as well as the study of a number of other linguistic disciplines based on the knowledge of lexicology, grammar, stylistics, phonetics, history, logic, and country studies. That is its complexity. The study of phraseology has some unique problems, and experts have different opinions about it. In fact, one of the urgent tasks facing the researchers conducting scientific research in the field of phraseology is to generalize the theoretical and practical ideas in the field of phraseology and to carry out the correct scientific research.
