Abstract. Damage to the lower alveolar nerve due to the operation of dental implantation in the lower jaw has become one of the urgent problems of modern medicine. A study of 21 patients with damage to the inferior alveolar nerve showed that drug treatment has a good effect on mild degrees of damage, and in case of moderate and severe damage, it requires a longer and more complex treatment, using physiotherapeutic procedures.
