SCIENTIFIC PEDAGOGICAL JUSTIFICATION OF THE METHODOLOGY OF USING ACTION GAMES IN TRAINING OF TEENAGE VOLLEYBALL PLAYERS

Abstract. This article discusses the methods of using movement games in the training of adolescent volleyball players, the scientific and pedagogical basis for the management of volleyball players' training, the physical qualities of volleyball players, the school to increase the physical fitness of adolescents and the need for physical education and sports. There is a need to improve the form, means and methods of physical education, based on the teaching of some technical skills, movement games and non-traditional exercises, appropriate conclusions and recommendations for improvement have been developed.
