RESERVOIRS OF UZBEKISTAN AND THEIR SIGNIFICANCE IN THE NATIONAL ECONOMY

Abstract. This article is devoted to the assessment of water bodies in Uzbekistan and their importance in the national economy, as well as the intended use of water bodies. The description of the issues of regulation of the water regime of rivers, the collection and storage of water with the help of dams, the integrated and prospective use of reservoirs is given.
