Abstract. The article states that at present in our country and neighboring republics there is no production of a machine for planting young seedlings under plastic wrap. In the case of serial production of the proposed machine, additional jobs will be created, in addition, it will be possible to satisfy the demand of farmers in the country and neighboring republics. Rainfed agriculture is widespread in Samarkand, Jizzakh, Kashkadarya, Syrdarya, Surkhandarya and Tashkent regions, the total area of which is 7.5-8 thousand hectares. In our country, the area of rainfed land is 30-40 thousand hectares, and the gross harvest of harvested land up to 150 thousand tons. Delivery options are possible. The full use of these opportunities is analyzed as an important factor in meeting the demand of the population for insurance products.
