EXTENSION OF SHELF LIFE OF BERRIES ON THE BASIS OF BIO-OPERATING MEDICINES

Abstract. Abstract. This article defines the creation of a food film with a long-term antimicrobial effect and storage in a gaseous environment in order to increase the comparative efficiency of preserving the edible properties of berries using bioreparations. According to the results obtained, it was found that after 9 days of storage with the help of biological products, the standard quality of berries was more than 86%. The formation of a film of biological preparations on the surface of berries had a positive effect on the safety of berries of standard quality during the studied shelf life.
