In order to increase the efficiency of irrigated lands and applied mineral fertilizers, the promising measures are the use of mineral fertilizer residues, which are used as top dressing in the main crop of winter wheat by growing the mung bean on stubble as a second crop without the use of mineral fertilizers, with the year-round use of irrigated lands in the system of growing two yields of grain per year.
